They closed the clinic in Tunja, they never communicated with the patients. We call and no one gives us a reason. But they keep calling to collect. They are completely irresponsible

A very bad experience with this place. The prices they charge are high and the service is terrible. Every time I went to follow-up appointments they made me wait more than an hour to be seen. They do not meet the completion times. And I was not satisfied with the orthodontic treatment they performed on me either. And after the fact I have a credit balance which I have claimed on several occasions and they have not wanted to return it. They didn't even respond to my request. Terrible in every way this company. DON'T get scammed and better go somewhere else.

The worst! They only care about people's money before their health and good service. Don't fall into their trap. Those loans they offer, which make you think they're gullible, are meant to tie people down and prevent them from letting go of their damn loans. The prices are incredibly high, and they don't allow people to give up their loans and they're subject to bad procedures.

The resins broken before 6 months were not covered by the warranty, they harassed me for payments even when I expressed my desire not to continue due to the poor quality, I filed a right to petition, the return was in my favor in April 2023 and in all these months they have not paid me!!!!!! They have some ladies copy and paste the response messages. They act in very bad faith, in addition to the fact that the service is horrible and the materials are of very poor quality, it is better to go where Marlon Becerra is more expensive but they work much better, above all, they treat you with respect as a human being,

It's the worst experience I've ever had with a service company. I wasted money and time. I absolutely don't recommend it to anyone.
