This review is after 2 years of attending this location.
It’s a great location, English speaking, friendly staff, and they are very client focused. The receptionists are wonderful, so are the dental assistants.
I also got Invisalign done here. It was okay, 7.5/10 could’ve been better.
Dr. Jaime could be more transparent when it comes to pricing of service (he is a great seller as most Colombians are, but definitely takes advantage).
And he also shaved down my teeth without asking me or for my consent, to which he never apologized. My teeth are visibly different now.
He also ignorantly tried to say he didn’t shave my teeth and after I showed him before and after photos, he reluctantly said he could fix it, but never apologized.
He did fix it to the best of his ability but if he had just been more honest and transparent things could’ve been resolved better. My teeth of course won’t ever be the same.
I know people can be proud but if you can’t acknowledge your own error I lose respect for you.
I will use the location for maintenance service like a cleaning in the future.

I don't have dental insurance and was quoted around $7000 in Florida for Invisalign. I found Dr. Jaime through Invisalign's website and decided to go to Medellin for the treatment. I came to Clínica Ártica in July of last year to get Invisalign. The couple of months before that Dr.Jaime was always available to answer any of the questions I had, through whatsapp, coming up to my trip. Once I got there, everyone in the office was very friendly. The woman who did some fillings for me before the Invisalign process, spoke english and was honestly the best experience I ever had getting fillings done. She took her time to shape the fillings perfectly and really did an amazing job. The girls who did my cleanings on both my trips there did an amazing job as well. Dr. Jaime made the Invisalign process smooth and easy. It took about 2 weeks to have all the trays ready, so I did spend quite some time in Colombia for that. Once they were ready I was given all my trays for the 8 months of treatment that I had. I didn't have to change any of the attachments throughout my treatment so I only had to go to Colombia twice, once to start the treatment and once to finish it. When the time came close to finishing the treatment, I contacted Dr. Jaime through whatsapp to set up my appointments. They took off all the attachments and did one more scan to show me the change in my teeth from before. The process was easy and very well worth it.

I´m finishing my Invisalign treatment and I´m very satisfied so far. Very responsible and professional. The cleaning with Jenny was phenomenal, the best in my entire dental history. The whole team work is very friendly and attentive. Thank you, Dr. Jaime Montoya for your professional work and commitment.

I went to Dr. Jaime Montoya at Clinica Artica for my Invisalign treatment and am so happy with the results. They speak English & are very responsive when you have questions or concerns. My treatment lasted just 5 short months. I finished treatment in June and then had composite bonding added to a few teeth for finishing touches by Dr. Natalia and I’m SO happy with the final results. I would highly recommend doing your Invisalign treatment here & it is significantly cheaper than anywhere in North America.

Absolutely the best dentist in Medellin area. Did a cleaning of my teeth here never felt so clean in my mouth before so from now this is the only dentist I will visit. Affordable also can't be more happy highly recommended!
