I am impressed with my experience. The front desk crew were welcoming and efficient. The people who took care of me inside the office were each professional and gave me the impression of being the only patient for the day. I loved the personal connection. My Doctor was right on target for my comfort. Great communication and I especially appreciate having my knee taken care of on the first visit. I left the building with a feeling of WOW!

Due to a recent computer change and having to complete a lot of info It took 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I was taken back to see my doctor. There I .received immediate care , had X-rays taken and saw the doctor promptly whom I am very pleased with. However after my appointment I had to wait in an overcrowded room with stand up room only at first . I finally got a seat and after waiting an hour and seeing about 5 patients who had come in after me get waited on, I went up to one of the employees making the appointments and asked why I hadn’t been called and 5 patients after me had. She looked in the computer and told another appointment scheduling employee that she had forgotten to put my name in the computer for an appointment. The other employee paused for a minute then said , no she hadn’t and that they had called my name 3 times and I didn’t respond, which isn’t true! I m not deaf and was very close to them. Then the other rude girl who said she hadn’t forgotten to put my name in the computer said she’d put my name on the list but I’d be called after everyone waiting got their appointments. My daughter and her young daughter were out in their car waiting for me and I’d already been there for 2 3/4 hours. I told the nice helpful employee I couldn’t wait that long again for an appointment and if they could call me with an appointment I’d really appreciate it. The rude employee said, we will when it’s your turn! I never received a call back! I called back the same day and got a recording that I’d get a call back. That was Monday and it’s Tuesday and past closing time and I’ve yet to receive a call back! I’m seriously considering going somewhere else even though I really like the .2 difference doctors I’ve seen there and I’ve had surgery there as well. Patients shouldn’t have to wait as hour to get an appointment. This is no place for rude employees that’s for sure!
