This place has a "private equity healthcare" vibe. They have a "diagnostic technique" that causes a lot of gum pain, and then they try to sell u stuff for your gums, after they tortured you. It's a sales technique to lower buyer confidence. Unethical, but not uncommon in dentistry these days. To put in perspective, their "recommended treatment plan" for me was $250 tooth cleaning plus $750 of tooth cleaning upsells: gels and stuff. Context: my teeth are normal/healthy. And a friend who goes here told me she had the same experience.
That said, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, this place is average. Many dental clinics like this around - high prices, aggressive sales, more business than medicine focused. The people here seem good though, which i why i give 4 instead of 3.

Super friendly staff and amazing care team! They worked out a care plan for me and worked on my schedule. I’ve worked with most of the staff and they really do treat you like family! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Extremely disappointing first impression. I scheduled a dentist appointment and was confirmed for 12:30 PM. Later, I received a call stating I couldn’t be seen because I’m a new patient that was an inconvenience and that was frustrating, especially since I took time out of my day for this appointment.
When I attempted to reschedule, the front desk staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me, she repeatedly and condescendingly told me, “Well, you didn’t speak to us you spoke to the call center.” However, I called the number listed for the business — the same one used to make all appointments — so to push the blame on the call center was both dismissive and unhelpful.
Before I could even move forward with rescheduling, she abruptly hung up on me. As a new patient trying to establish care, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If this is how new patients are treated, I can only imagine the ongoing experience. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was greeted in a timely fashion and felt like I didn't have to wait long was excited to all women mostly of color staff running things from the Assistant to the dentist herself. She was very thorough. She explained they asked questions to make sure I understood I felt heard appreciated and Comfortable.

Please be cautious with this dentistry, consistently met with laziness when it comes to appointments.
Numerous times my appointment was cancelled the day of citing a hygienist is not in (because apparently they must have only one working for the whole day). Then when I tried to reschedule they are booked 6-7 months out.
Not to mention they take your x-rays every time because they’re too lazy to update their system from new to existing patient.
